The CS-J88 was the Japan-only version of the Aiwa CS-880 boombox. It has a silver tuner dial instead of black, and the passive radiator also is a dark color. Additionally as is common with many Japanese domestic boomboxes, it has a wireless mixing feature so it also has a Mic Mixing knob, which the CS-880 does not. Interestingly, while it is a Japanese domestic release, the control panel letterings are in english, instead of Japanese.
